China Meteorological Bureau Northeast  center set up in Hunnan New District , undertaking in organization of  weather service, scientific research and training coordination and technical support work . The main responsibility is to organize the regional meteorological work conference, to determine the regional business technology development and other major issues, to promote public meteorological services, meteorological forecasting, comprehensive meteorological observation, information and technology, scientific and technological innovation and education training and other resources optimization allocation.
